I used to love this place but the customer service is terrible if you ask them to fix a mistake. The pedicures are rushed as well. My nails have chipped the last two times in two days or less and my top matte coat came off at the tip. I hate change but it’s an appears that they have become the best of the worst.
I would definitely recommend Classy Nails….even if you have short nails! I walked in on a Thursday afternoon, was told there would be a 30 minute wait. I ended up only waiting 10 minutes! Then, Lee gave me a no-chip manicure and he actually gave me a manicure before polishing my nails. I feel like most salons skip that part! I got OPI Red and paid $40 for a soak off and full mani. The cherry on top…..he didn’t use the drill on my natural nail….love that!!!
They were great! I went in for a color change and a reshape on a set I got done somewhere else just two days ago. The level of detail was amazing. They saved my set! Great environment and really great people. Super timely and great prices. 😁😁 …
First time in the New Lenox shop. I used to frequent the Mokena one in 'Killer Plaza' but this is a lot closer to home. Kim did a wonderful job and therefore makes this my new place for manicures and pedicures. I will be returning. It is a very busy place but we'll managed.
I presented with an awful set the salon across the street put together 3 weeks prior and asked her to fix everything. She is good at reshaping stiletto nails and her acrylic work is seamless. I was happy to have only spent about an hour there when usually I'm gone for 2 or 3.
Knocked a star off for paint application as the acrylic isn't fully covered on the sides of my nails, leaving the previous set poking through, but overall I'm pretty happy with my experience with Monica.
Pricing was fair ($50 for a no chip refill) but I didn't know about the cash only tip system until after my card was run. Luckily I had a few bucks in my car but it really hurts the employees in the end to not offer card tips.
Everyone here is awesome and they do an efficient, nice job each time. It's a nice, clean environment and I actually look forward to going to get my nails done with my daughter. They've figured it out and know how to treat their customers! **Just wanted to add another pic! I love my manicures here!
Salon is clean and quiet. Very friendly environment of people who work very well together. They all do beautiful work. I’ve been coming here for the last four years and I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else.
I bring someone to this shop to get her nails done i thought i should get mines done too .I made a appointment with the guy that runs the shop.I asked him how much is a fill while i was sitting in the chair & full set i haven’t decided yet ? he said if you want a full it’ll be $5 extra because you not a regular client 🤔I couldn’t believe he would say this to me .so i asked so how much does it cost to get my fake nails all removed? he said $15.I couldn’t believe this either 🤔I seen him getting a little attitude because i’m inquiring about these over charged prices he’s throwing my way ..so he started getting things ready for the services..I asked for a full set how much ? he said $65 😂 I got up from the chair & left because he rips off first time client & he tries to penalize you because you are not a regular customer.I will not go back to this rip off evil guy anymore.I usually pay $10 for nail removal from other shops no matter where i go.& I never get charged extra for getting my nails done all other shops charge $50 to $55dollars for full set .his nails are not any better to charge people $65 plus they want tips too.no way ..I will never go back here.
Lam was my nail specialist and did such a great job. Any time I have ever gotten my nails done anywhere else the person barely talks but Lamb and I talked the whole time. He's very personalable and funny. I will be going back and highly recommend him.
I got my nails done (pink and white) here and they started yellowing. Won’t be back. Been getting pink and whites done for years at my usual place and never had this problem.
